  • 6 cups cooked rice
  • Kosher salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of sourdough breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350degF.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the Dutch oven at a medium temperature.
  • Add the garlic and onion Cook, stirring often until tender, about 5 minutes.
