Tips How To Make An Easy Pasta Salad

👉 Prepare salad in advance If you’re making the salad in advance do not mix it until it is time for serving the salad. In contrast to traditional pasta salads with Italian dressing, which is recommended to make the salad overnight it is best when mixed at least up to a couple of hours prior to serving.

👉 Pasta shells Although you can use any pasta you like for this recipe, we like small shells. They are a nice addition to the salad, and they work perfectly with the other ingredients.

👉 Cut uniform sizes. Make sure you cut tomatoes, cheese, and cucumbers into uniform pieces. Chop the onions finely. In this way, you’ll get all the ingredients in each bite.

👉 Don’t cook the pasta too long overlooked pasta can turn mushy and taste unpleasant in the salad. After the pasta has cooked, drain and wash with cold water in order to prevent it from sticking to the pasta shells.

Simple and quick Pasta Salad Recipe. Pasta shells filled with bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese, all tossed in a rich freshly made Caesar salad dressing made with parmesan. It’s great for potlucks, barbecues, and gatherings!

▶️ pasta salad-

👉 6 oz uncooked mini pasta shells

👉 2 mini cucumbers, sliced

👉1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

👉 4 oz Colby Jack cheese, cubed

👉 3 Tbsp red onion finely chopped

👉 8 oz bacon, cooked

▶️ pasta salad dressing-

👉 2/3 cup mayonnaise

👉 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

👉 2 Tbsp sour cream

👉 1/4 cup of whole milk

👉 3 cloves of garlic, minced

👉 1/4 teaspoon salt or as desired.

👉 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper or according to your preference.

👉 2 tablespoons lemon juice

👉 ½ tsp dijon mustard

👉1 Tbsp oil


▶️ Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Remove pasta from water and wash with cold water.

▶️ in the bowl put all the ingredients together to make the dressing.

▶️ Cut bacon into smaller pieces, and cook until cooked. Pat with a towel to take off any grease.

▶️ Cube cheese and finely chop onions. cut cherry tomatoes in half, or cut the cucumbers in quarters and then slice them.

▶️ Within a big salad bowl put all pasta ingredients salad. Mix in dressing, then pour it in.
